- HOW TO PLAY? 1. Turn the On/Off switch to On. The rocket is now ready for flight. 2. Place the Spinner Rocket on the launch pad. Press the launch button, and the rocket toy will power up after approximately 3 seconds. With one press, the flight will last about 4 seconds before the parachute opens. For the rocket to reach its highest altitude (8-second flight time), press the launch button twice in quick succession. CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Connect the included USB charger to the charge port on the Rocket Launcher and a USB power source, such as a laptop. The indicator light on the USB charger will be red during charging and turn off when the battery is fully charged. Charge time is about 40 minutes. 2. Disconnect the USB charger when the battery is fully charged. Do not attempt to overcharge! 3. ONLY apply for the USB charger that comes with. Check that there are no obstructions in the downwind direction. If any repairs to the foam are necessary, use a suitable foam-safe CA adhesive(Super Glue).
