Designed for HVAC insulation, duct board sealing, vapor barrier systems, and mechanical jacketing applications. Fiberglass scrim reinforcement prevents tearing and splitting under stress. Ideal for duct insulation seams, fiberglass wrap closure, mineral wool insulation systems, and rigid board insulation joints. Coated with a high-tack 2 mil rubber adhesive for superior bonding strength. Provides instant grab and long-term hold on foil-faced insulation, ductwork, sheet metal, rigid fiberglass board, and HVAC components. Dead-soft aluminum foil conforms easily to curved, irregular, and uneven surfaces, maximizing adhesive contact and ensuring airtight seam sealing. Used as a closure system for foil-faced fiberglass insulation and mineral wool systems, sealing seams and joints while maintaining vapor barrier integrity in heating and cooling systems.
